Our grill serves up to 12 guests, each with their own individual non-stick coated Raclette pans in which they can melt their own cheeses, or grill vegetables.
Unlike other Raclette grills, our model combines a grill and fondue set, getting the best of both dinner party experiences. Although fondue is traditionally a communal pot of melted cheese which bread is dipped into, over the years there have been modernizations to the concept too. You can fill the pot with oil, and cook a variety of raw meats, or deep fry pieces of fish coated in batter. You can even indulge your sweet tooth by dipping fruit into a pot of melted chocolate!
We Recommend
Any firm to hard cheese that melts well without too much oil can be melted in the Raclette pans. This obviously depends on your own tastes, but for that authentic Alpine flavour we would recommend using traditional Swiss or French Alpine cheeses like the appliances namesake Raclette, Tomme de Savoie, Gruyere, or Beaufort, all of which can be obtained from your local deli counter.
